Although the working pressure of our CNG storage is 4500 psi, it is tested to 7400 psi to ensure design integrity. Fatigue analysis shows that with maintenance the storage should last more than 60 yrs.
Hydrogen designs can operate at pressures up to 10,000 psi and tested to ~15,000 psi
